Shipping Policy

📦 Every order ships with tracking. Cards are packed in a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag before boxing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos and the card description carefully before purchasing — if you have any questions about a specific card, contact us before buying.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. Most orders ship within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (US Only)

All orders ship domestically within the United States via USPS or UPS with tracking included. We do not ship internationally. Estimated delivery after shipment:

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Priority mail: 2–3 business days
Express options available at checkout for time-sensitive orders

Packaging

Every card is packed properly — no exceptions:

Penny sleeve to protect the card surface
Rigid top loader or card saver
Team bag sealed over the top loader
Bubble mailer or rigid box for transit protection

Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and shipped in a rigid box.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While all sales are final, we stand behind our packaging and will do right by you if a card is damaged in transit.
